In my adventures last month I visited several well-appointed homes that offered charm as well as convenience to Lake Coeur d’Alene, Tubbs Hill and the heart of distinctive downtown Coeur d’Alene itself.
One that stood out was a Garden District, Victorian enchanter on an extra large lot, complete with a rope swing and enough yard for youngsters to play to their hearts content. The exterior of the house features a wraparound covered porch and back deck, with a spacious modern garage out back.
The interior still has its original quaint feel, although the kitchen has been updated to let you live a modern life.
Another jewel, near Sanders Beach, looks reasonably modest on the outside, but the flowing interior contains 2900sqft of smartly Sildenafil reconditioned space.
And the upstairs features a master suite with a million dollar view.
