We receive this report every month compliments of North Idaho Title.  Here’s a copy for you.  One thing to note, there were 21 fewer sales in July than in June.  This is not the ‘sign’ people were hoping for but it is consistent with the continued decrease in sales in 2011 vs. 2010.
