Q. I own 2 investment properties that I bought and rehabbed in Idaho in 2006, one in Post Falls and one in Coeur d’Alene.  Rent shorts mortgage payment by $36K/year.  Homes are underwater $200K.  Do I let them foreclose? Advice?  Offer then for short sale but got no offers.
